Taiwan industry reaserch insitution aounched recently that it will establish IP BANK on Septermber against the increasing fierce patent competetion in science-technology industry, and help Taiwan LED lighting maunfacturers to win this fighting. It was plan to invest NT$ 200 million yuan at first, the IP bank expected operating on the middle of Octomber. And the counterclaim fund will be founded within 6 months with raised funds at least NT$ 500 million yuan, and then, gethering the power from government and people to fight against the international patent war.
